What is Call & Collect?

Altona Gate are providing you with an easy Call & Collect system to provide you with all your favourite food & beverage items from our food court and restaurants. There are 2 locations to collect your orders from. 

Ground Level - Collection

For takeaway from Hanger Café, The Coffee Club and Sushi Sushi, head to the Millers Road entry and use the new Drive Thru waiting bays

Foodcourt Level - Collection

For takeaway from our Food Court from Asian Express, Ferguson Plarre, Takechiho, Subway, La Shish Kebab, head to the mezzanine car park towards the basement to collect.

How Do I Call & Collect?

1. Choose your order for the menu lists
2. Call the store to place your order
3. SMS the store phone to let them know you have arrived with your order number
4. Wait in the Call & Collect drive thru bay for your order to be delivered to you
5. Tap & Go to pay
6. Drive away and enjoy your meals
